I'm currently in my second career; from High School I went into retail management where I spent 15 years as a manager for Cunningham Drugs stores. The 1980’s were not very supportive of that career and after my company was sold twice and the resulting company filed for bankruptcy, I decided to go into computers. I went back to school and completed two Associate degrees from OCC and then my Bachelors from Walsh College in Troy Mi.  For the last 30 years I’ve been technical support for very large mainframe computer systems for a national retailer. Somewhere I went wrong, because I remember an aptitude test in High School and meeting with a counselor telling me I should look into “manual work”, factories, etc. I remember not being able to get into the Cobol class because my algebra wasn’t very good, yet today I work with probably 10 different computer languages. Divorced in 2012 after too many years. Oh, and I am also in my second gender, after 59 years as a male I went through a gender change where I’ve been figuring things out the last four years. Hmmm that’s about it, I am extremely nervous about the reunion and how people may deal with my gender change so I am not sure yet if I will be coming. Feel free to contact me if you wish
